McCarran Airport Runway Vista – McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas is the ninth busiest airport in the nation. Across the road from the intersection of Sunset Road and Escondido Street, just west of Eastern Avenue, is a small parking lot that you can bring lawn chairs and watch the planes take off and land. If you really want to see a show, go on Thursday evenings, it’s the busiest night of the week for arrivals and you can see planes lined up across the sky waiting to land. Pinball Hall of Fame –An attempt to house and display the world’s largest pinball collection, the Las Vegas Pinball Collectors Club has made their collection open to the public. Located on the east side of town not far from UNLV, it’s 10,000 square feet dedicated to pinball and vintage arcade games. It is a non-profit, so if you love what they’ve done, consider donating to the ongoing project. All excess revenue they create is donated to non-denominational charities. Nevada Southern Railway Museum – For a unique afternoon outing, especially for those who love trains, the Nevada Southern Railway Museum is a treat for the entire family. While at the museum, you can take a 35 minute train ride on the Boulder Branch Line from Boulder City to Railroad Pass and back again in your choice of an open air car or a climate controlled Pullman coach. Bountiful Baskets is a way to use collective purchasing to get high quality food at prices usually reserved for grocery stores and restaurants. Save money while you work together cooperatively within your community.

Bountiful Baskets Food Co-op is constantly growing to reach new areas through a large network of volunteers. We run at least every two weeks at each site. We are completely volunteer-run and make no profit. We have the following distribution sites and look forward to adding other distribution sites as volunteers are trained and ready to open them! This is a grass roots, all volunteer, no contracts, no catch co-operative. Without volunteers this co-op wouldn't happen, so you will need to help as you are able. There are many opportunities to participate!
